What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Master Card. Debit Cards with the Visa or Master Card symbol are also accepted. For those who prefer, we also accept checks and money orders - however this will require you to phone in your order. *Note, for those paying with checks or money orders - your order will be shipped upon receipt and clearing of payment.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders will be processed within three business days. However, due to the nature of some custom orders, fulfillment may take up to a week. If for any reason we cannot fill your order in a timely fashion, you will be notified. Because all items are shipped from Maui, Hawaii we cannot offer overnight shipping. All orders will be sent via US Priority Mailed Insured. In some cases, orders will be sent via Fed Ex.

How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated based on the table below.

     Order Total                 US Priority Insured:
     $        0 - $28.00            $  5.50
     $  28.01 - $37.00            $  6.75
     $  37.01 - $45.00            $  8.25
     $  45.01 - $59.00            $10.00
     $  59.01 - $74.00            $12.00
     $  74.01 - $97.00            $15.00
     $  97.01 - $129.00          $19.00
     $129.01 - over                $ 15% of total

Orders placed outside of the United States, special orders, exceptionally heavy orders, or orders over $2500 will be contacted to determine the most cost effective shipping and will be charged accordingly.

What is your return policy?
We are confident you will be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return your purchase within 30 days for full credit or exchange for another piece. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Yesterday Images as soon as possible. No exchanges will be made for damaged good after 30 days. There are no refunds for shipping.
